Cortex Digital LLC is an AI marketing company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We help brands create more content, distribute it more intelligently, and build audiences that stay.
Who we are
We are a team of strategists, writers, editors, and producers who work alongside modern AI tools. Our people make the creative and editorial decisions; our technology handles the repetitive work that slows most teams down.
Our office is at 250 Monroe NW, Suite 400, in downtown Grand Rapids, and much of our team works remotely across the United States.
What we believe
Reach is easy to buy and hard to keep. We think long-term audience growth comes from consistency, clarity, and trust, so we measure success by how many people return, not only by how many people see a post once.
We use AI to extend human creativity, not to replace it. Every piece of work we deliver is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
How we work
Each engagement starts with a review of where a brand is today: its audience, its channels, and its goals. From there we build a content and distribution plan, produce the work, publish it, and report on results in plain language.
We keep plans flexible. As data comes in, we adjust formats, timing, and channels to put more effort behind what is working.
